Greystone is a southside community of 140 plus custom home sites. The main entrance is on Shelbyville Road between Arlington Ave. and Edgewood Ave.
The neighborhood is in the Franklin Township public school system. Schools include Bunker Hill elementary, FT Middle School West and Franklin Central High School. Private schools include St. Jude, Calvary, Roncalli High School and Lutheran High School.
The neighborhood was initially developed by the Copenhaver Group and is now maintained by the Greystone Homeowners Association (GHOA). The first homes were constructed in 1993. In 1997, Home-A-Rama, an annual Indianapolis home tour, was conducted on Woodworth Court of Greystone.
Homeowners' Association
The Greystone Homeowners' Association is a non-profit corporation created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and to maintain common properties of the association. The board members are elected by the homeowners and serve two year terms.
